The seminar delves into the concept of social responsibility, its origin, significance and dimensions. It also explores means of promoting social responsibility such as the integrated efforts of the public sector, private sector and civil society. The seminar prescribes means to enable decision-makers, planners and administrators to include social responsibility in strategies, mechanisms and practices of institutions, especially educational ones.
