Abstract:

The nuclear non-proliferation regime is faced with profound challenges and dynamic opportunities. This short analysis, delivered in the closing panel of the 2009 Carnegie International Non-Proliferation Conference on “The Nuclear Order — Build or Break,” focuses on practical steps to move forward to 2010 and beyond.
