Abstract:
There are more than 2.2 million people with visual disabilities living in Egypt most of which suffer from poverty, lack of accessibilities, ineffective educational techniques and governmental negligence; yet they still have hope in life and challenge their physical disabilities along with the disabilities created by the society. Will the status of visually disabled people improves?
